The GF-S/SV Series is a side sealing bag making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S GF-S/SV and SE/SV side sealers: folded or tubular film is sealed and cut along the side to make side-seal bags from PLA and PBAT based film.The GF-S/SV layout includes a rear feeder with gusset, fold, slitter and adhesive tape applicator functions, a servo drive, an HMI control panel, a printing scanner, a conveying belt and a collecting table. The GF-S/SV series is JANDI'S range of servo-driven side sealing bag making machines, covering four cutting widths so that a converter can match the machine to its bag sizes. The GF-24SE/SV pairs with the GF-S600/SV at 600 mm cutting width, followed by the GF-32SE/SV and GF-S800/SV at 800 mm, the GF-40SE/SV and GF-S1000/SV at 1000 mm, and the GF-50SE/SV and GF-S1200/SV at 1200 mm. The GBR Series is a die face cutting type recycling machine in JANDI'S recycling range, which also includes the GHR series of die face cutting machines and the GSR series of water cooling machines. It reprocesses plastic film scrap such as edge trim, start-up waste and die-cut off-cuts into pellets, and in a die face cutting machine the pellets are cut directly at the die rather than drawn out as strands through a water bath.Die face cutting suits in-house recycling next to a blown film or bag making line, because the pellets come off the die ready for drying and storage without a strand line.
