粉未清洗系统是针对大中型PET瓶回收清洗设备及PET瓶片、粉末集中回收处理厂家开发的系统。它是一种先进、环保的处理PET混杂碎屑技术设备。整套系统由粉末清洗机及配套的粉末清洗单元组成来处理PET瓶回收清洗粉碎过程，离心脱水过程中产生的PET粉末以及清洗过程中的溶地料。经过该系统的分离，清洗，脱水等工艺技术，PET粉末成品指标可达到短纤纺大化标准，直接上机使用。该系统的目的在于提高再生PET工厂的成品回收率，增加产品的附加值。 PURIFINES清洗机是用于PET瓶生产洁净PET瓶片过程中产生的细小颗粒物（占总重2-3%）的分离处理， 在没有浓盐水的作用下，分离出其中的标签碎屑、纤维和沙粒等各种杂质，得到纯净的PET微小颗粒。

宝绿特整瓶清洗设备分为连续式洗涤机和间歇式洗涤机两种。连续式洗涤显著的工艺特色在于连续进料，连续清洗，利用高温药剂清洗水，把瓶子表面的标签、泥土、沙、胶水、橡胶、金属等从瓶子表面分离，分离率可达90%以上。配套的药剂水过滤系统,可以使药剂水循环使用，药剂水的寿命更长，节省清洗成本。 间歇式洗涤可以确保瓶子和药剂水有充分接触的时间，更适用于油壶料的清洗。

脱标机

宝绿特提供脱吹一体及脱吹分离两种形式的脱标机。分体式脱标设备由脱标机及吹标机组合而成。占地较一体式大，产能最大可达4吨/时，一体式脱吸标设备占地小，结构紧凑。 具有专利设计的脱标机刀片拥有更长使用寿命和高速的脱标效率，低损伤瓶体的特性，平均脱标率约在90%以上，破瓶率约在5%以内，使用寿命可长达10000吨。新一代脱标机刀片和螺栓拥有更加出色的效能。
