WACL系列机台有别于一般干式贴合机，针对于冷冲模比较厚的复合材料，需要比较精准以及适当的张力控制，所以此机台是为了冷冲膜类产品设计，干燥烘箱内铝导轮以马达带动，并与机台速度同步，薄膜也以极低的摩擦力通过，大幅度的降低表面刮痕。另外，烘箱内也配备LEL的气体浓度侦测装置，当在生产途发生溶剂气体浓度过高的情形时，系统将会大量地自动将废气排出。此机型可以同时进行预涂布及热封胶正反两面涂布功能。另外涂布单元可以更换凹板或三轮式涂布系统，涂布推车内含循环系统，可以快速更换及方便清洁。
