异向双螺杆押出机专用齿轮箱

(1) 本减速机齿轮箱是由减速部分与分配部分组成，其中分配部分之设计较为特殊，乃采用止推轴承室与压力法兰相组合之设计，藉由此设计来吸收承受来自押出机之轴向推力。 (2) 齿轮元件之设计制作，采用AGMA标准制作，齿轮元件材料采用高品质之低碳合金钢(一般为SCM420等级之材质)制作。齿轮元件经渗碳热处理之后，再经由精密齿面研磨制程加工后，其精度等级可达AGMA 10级以上，确保齿轮减速机运转时之低噪音、低损耗和高效率之特性。 (3) 分配部分之止推轴承设计是采用#294系列止推自动调心滚子轴承。另亦采用多排轴承设计组合成多段式止推轴承，以便能吸收来自押出机之轴向推力。

All work piece are implanted with RFID chip to minimize men error. Pre-set 2D and 3D are used before and after process to ensure the work piece are manufactured to the 100% accuracy.
