废旧轮胎撕碎机

废旧轮胎是国际公认的有害垃圾，每年产生的废旧轮胎以8%至10%的速度递增。废旧轮胎中含有58%的天然橡胶和以煤、石油、天然气为主要原料的合成橡胶，这些都不是能够被大自然分解的。回收利用率仅为50%左右，不到西方发达国家的50%，造成巨大的资源浪费。 众安环保废旧轮胎双轴撕碎机的工作原理是:由动力系统驱动刀轴，带动动刀转子低速旋转。利用动刀与定刀之间的相互撕裂和剪切作用将轮胎破碎，破碎后的物料通过一体式滚筒筛进行筛分，以确保出料规格均匀。
