模具控温机 (YBMI/YBMD)

塑料有热胀冷缩的物理性质，因此若温度不稳定或控制不当,会产生成品夹水纹、缩水、扭曲、变形及表面光泽不良等现象。而使用晏邦模具控温机即可解决此类问题，能促使模具保持适当的温度，可大幅减少试模次数及降低成型品之不良率，确保产品质量。 P.I.D.智能型自动演算的温度控制器，能准确显示和控制模具温度于所需要的温度±1°C 内。两段式加热结构设计，可视所需之温度增减电力，并配合特殊的发热构造，可省时省电。专利断热式分离设计，延长机台寿命与保障工作安全，维修与保养工作更有效率和安全。 YBMI ：油式，适合长时间运转，恒温效果好，适用于小且薄的产品不会有毛边。油的热传递系数较小，若热煤油使用不当，严重时会烧坏加热器，需定期更换热煤油。温控在150 °C以上，建议选用油式。 YBMD ：水式，水的热传递快、冷却效果佳、不会污染模具。但水的沸点低，依据水的成份可能会结垢或腐蚀，引起压力损失过大和模具与流体之间的热交换效率下降等问题。温控在 150°C以下，建议选用水式。

真空压力比例阀(0~ -101kpa)

The welding feature is that the deformation of the joint is less, the material is not melted, and the thermal influence of the material is not significantly changed.
