Bag-on-Roll Making Machine(GF-R/SV Series)

The GF-R/SV series is a servo drive semi automatic bag on roll making machine that converts film into perforated bags wound on a roll, such as produce bags and bin liners. The series runs from the GF-R611E/SV through the GF-R1212E/SV. Single-line models cover maximum cutting widths of 600 mm, 800 mm and 1000 mm, and two-line models cover 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm per line, so the same platform handles both wide single bags and narrower bags made two-up.Maximum cutting length is 1000 mm, with longer lengths available on request as an option. Maximum production is 120 pcs/min on the smaller sizes and 100 pcs/min or 80 pcs/min on the larger and two-line models. 拉舍尔针织机 SRC系列

SRC 系列为单针床针织机，配备复合针系统。 产量比SR系列高出50%~80%(视布料结构而定)。 SRC 系列与 SR 系列具有相同的送纱系统，可搭配横梁或分条加长机使用，因此可制造完整圆纱、扁纱或两种纱线混合的布料。 与分条加长机相比，针织机的效率可提高10%以上。由于送纱稳定，可提高布料品质，废料率也只有纱架的一半。但如果客户已经有扁平纱或单丝制造机，我们会提供纱架系统与机器搭配使用。
