The KCR-120 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 200-300 kgs / hr.Waste is crushed by a 30 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 120 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 80.8 kw across 7 zones and driven by an AC 100 hp inverter motor.
