The KCR-85 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 80-120 kgs / hr.Waste is crushed by a 15 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 85 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 45.6 kw across 5 zones and driven by an AC 40 hp inverter motor.
