WHAT IS SVG

SVG (Single Valve Gate hot runner system) was born in order to improve the weakness from our competitors. The situation of weakness is as following: No nice gate mark because of the pin seal is not strong enough, not easy to install SVG into the mold, inconvenience during maintenance, and the vale pin does inconvenience to adjust. Through the “dual-cylinder" and “all in one" design, we do improve all the weakness of our competitors. It becomes Easy to install and nice gate mark. It helps the injection molding machine no stringing, no drooling, and no gate frozen. Single Valve gate (SVG) acts a center shut-off nozzle. It installs inside the mold to connect between injection molding machine and plastic part to be molding. The most advantage of SVG is it provides runner-less with nice gate mark, also it can fasten the cycle time during processing.

STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE

Through the dual-cylinder and all-in-one design, it can act as a center shut-off nozzle.

FEATURES

Dual cylinder design：Have double force to seal the gate and make sure the gate can be off totally after finishing injection.
Movable joint and linkage：The linkage connects two cylinders and have double force to seal the gate but also make the valve pin move quickly.
Easy to adjust valve pin position：The valve pin position will effect the product surface quality. This design no needs to disassembling whole system and can adjust the valve pin position by the spacer.
Easy to assemble thissystem：This system is a module design system and only needs to coordinate with mold locating.
The smallest runnerless valvegate system：Length--11 cm, Width--6 cm, High--10~25 cm, Weight--3~5 kg.
