The standard HDC series has two parallel horizontal injection unit to be able to produce a 2-color and 2 plastic material in a time to save time and increase the productivity. To equip Huarong’s patended rotary table, when the table turns, it is accurate on positioning and tilt-free, which Huarong promises the rotary table won’t fall down.
To meet customer’s multi injection molding needs, HDC series has the flexibility on the machine’s injection unit and clamping unit.
Regarding to injection unit on HDC series, for the production requirement on the 2-color or 2 plastic material product, the injection unit can be horizontal injection or vertical injection. For the production requirement on the 3-color or 3 plastic material product, HDC series can be multi injection molding machine to equip 3 injection units.
Regarding to clamping unit on HDC series, it can equip the rotary table, or equip rotary shaft for the plastic products which has the wrapping requirement.
