GENIUS' high efficiency, one-step (3-in-1) plastic recycling machine is designed for the reprocessing of PE polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) and PP polypropylene flexible packaging material, printed and non-printed.

This cutter (agglomerator) integrated pelletizing system eliminates the need of pre-cutting the material, requires less space and energy consumption while producing high quality plastic pellets at a productive rate. 

PLASTIC FILM SQUEEZING DRYER DW-300  Plastic film recycled material  usually retains 30% or more of moisture after washing process. This equipment helps reducing excess moisture and the volume of the recycled material, increasing the quality and efficiency of granulation.
