PP Sheet Extrusion Line

With the spirit of “Constantly upgrade the quality, non-stop research & develop”, Chi Chang has set quite a few brilliant records in the extrusion line industry since its establishment in 1972. In 1983, Chi Chang built the first EPS Sheet making machine in Taiwan, 1987 the first HDPE mono-axial stretching blown machine in Taiwan, 1992 the first PP Hollow Profile Sheet machine in Taiwan and 1993 the first PVC Foamed sheet making machine in Taiwan.
In 2002, Chi Chang developed a new product that is Expanded PS (XPS) Plank Extrusion Line. The XPS plank has been specialized in construction purpose for its outstanding character of heat insulation, water proof, compressive resistance and easy work. The complete extrusion line consists of 5 stations auto loading system, plank extrusion line and auto packing machine.

In addition, Chi Chang also manufactures the following lines: Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line, Breathable Cast PE Film Extrusion Line, Multi / Single Layers Sheet Extrusion Line, Cast Film Extrusion Line, Extrusion System Lamination Machine, etc.. Chi Chang even offer the most complete & economic turnkey project for their customers.

Chi Chang welcomes customers’ suggestions and designs the machines according to customers’ requirements. Most of the machine components are either Taiwan made or international brand.
