2.5M Wide, 3-layer Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line

Chi Chang has more than 30 years experience in the field of extrusion line for plastic product. We keep research and manufacture the extrusion line which meets the standard of Western country and acquires the approval of CE. Chi Chang makes the machineries below: XPS Plank Extrusion Line, Breathable Cast PE film Extrusion Line, PP/PE/PS/HIPS/ABS/PET/PC/PMMA Sheet Extrusion Line, PP/PC Hollow Profile Sheet Extrusion Line, Expanded PS/PE Sheet Extrusion Line, 2 Layers/ 3 Layers Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line, Cast PP/PE Film Co-Extrusion Line, LLDPE Stretch Film Co-Extrusion Line, etc.

Chi Chang’s Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line is available for 1.2M to 2.5M, 2 layers up to 5 layers. In 2013 Chi Chang built one 3 layers, 2.5M wide air bubble machine for our French customer. This 100/85/85MM model equips with state-of-the-art technology plus Siemens PLC, and TSM blending system. The air bubble sheet can be used for various applications: packing, suspension (laminated with craft paper) and insulation (laminated with aluminum foil), etc. There is a high added value for this product.
