Slitting Machine Model (SLF-MB180L)

Unwind section: Hydraulic shaftless unwind stand can pick up roll from floor makes loading job become much easier and less effort. Unwind diameter can go up to 1000 mm and pneumatic expanding chuck of 3” can easily mount with 6”.


Rewind section: Horizontal-moving rewind station keeps finished product in stable position and pneumatic controlled self-friction shaft with quick-lock can handle thin material such as PE 20 micron running in 300 M/min. while other plastic film of 40 micron can run in full speed of 500 M/min. These are all thanks to the load-cell tension control system integrate with automatic lay-on roller pressure control system. Not to mention that quipped with induction servomotor and Siemen’s PLC with touch screen makes parameter setting and operators training become very easy.
Slitting section: Razor cutter with grooved roller and shear cutter are both equipped to slit all different kind of material.With more than 40 years of experience specializing in slitting machine, DAH BAH offer customers a reliable and productive solution.  
 

This model also equipped with automatic laser positioning system which can assist operator to quickly reload rewind core on correct position every time. The same system can even align cutter position and help operator to reduce time for rewind core positioning and reduce material waste for web alignment to rewind core.


Unloading device help operator save time for finished product unloading and packaging. With automatic pusher, large diameter and heavy roll unloading no longer a nightmare to operator (Optional equipment).
