YJ-PFR SERIES-for Film Recycling

● Combining three functions, shredding, extruding and pelletizing, in one, and featuring high efficiency and high throughput.
●  Applicable plastic materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, ABS, PS, PE FOAM, and etc.
●  Depending on material property, the extruder may be provided with venting hole or without it.
●  Double-plate hydraulic screen changer permits the convenient screen change without stopping the machine, thereby greatly upgrading efficiency.
●  The die is a circular arranging type. PP material is suitable for under water cutting, and PE material for water ring cutting.
●  Water cooling system.

YJ-PTW SERIES- Twin Screw Extruder for Compounding and Blending

● Co-rotating: Intermeshing in twin screw extruder provides complete matching, used for polymer compounding and blending

● Computer-controlled Dosing System: Setting the auto-system of the extrusion, such as automatic material calibration, the recipe storage function, and the adjustment of setpoint and the extruder speed, to offer plastic-producing goods in maximum control, which provides the equipment with highest efficiency and savings.

BACKFLUSH- More Efficiency Filter

We have R&D and have improved the BACKFLUSH screen changer system, which provides more efficiency for filtering and degassing the dirty and heavily printed materials. When the pressure reaches, then the BACKFLUSH system start to activate. There is not much material waste but only some dirty materials. The maintenance is very easy. It only needs to change the filtering mesh once a day. Besides, the filtering mesh is very cheap and you can easily get it locally.
