High Performance Flexo Printing Machine

In pursuit of efficiency and high quality printing performance, Printplas Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed High speed flexo stack printing machine for paper printing with auto splicing for film quick change purpose. The paper gram weight range from 30~150g/M². , water based and solvent based ink can be used on this printing machine.  

Machine Introduction
PKF HS-series by adopting “Bull Gear” system which means all impression cylinders are driven by a large helical central bull gear directly, the gear teeth are grinded and heat treated, so it can perform the high precision printing and quiet transmission movement performance. 

Main Features  
 ● Applicable materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, BOPP, Paper.
 ● High thickness machine frame made from cast metal, provide a very steady, vibration free foundation for the printing work.
 ● Japan made automatic tension control system for unwind and rewind station.
 ● Super fine printing adjustment device to secure printing accuracy at each printing station.
 ● Incorporated with high precision close chamber doctor blade and laser engraved ceramic anilox unit for fine printing 
     requirement.
 ● Long arch drying tunnel with strong blower to ensure drying of ink during high speed operation.
 ● Machine controlled by Japan PLC system with full color user friendly HMI.
 ● Air disc type braking system for quick stop of the machine.
 ● Auto splicing device for non-stop printing.
