A milestone for Polystar
Over the past two years, Polystar has continuously doubled its sales revenue and has successfully transformed from an OEM to a brand name manufacturer. "We look back at this achievement with confidence and pride," said Wallace Lin (founder and general manager of Polystar). Polystar's best seller, the HNT-V cutter compactor recycling system is globally recognized for its reliability, functionality, and practicality through the consistent positive feedback from its customers.

Service Oriented
A main focus of Polystar has always been customer service, which continues to be a key factor in Polystar's high customer retention rate. In addition to online trouble-shooting, Polystar makes sure that all of its distributors are equally service-oriented with skilled engineering teams that provide installation, after sales services, and maintenance in their markets. Evropolimer, Polystar's exclusive distributor in Russia, practices Polystar's "Always-in-Stock" program, where spare parts are readily available to be delivered to customers at all times.

The Future
The future is "now" for Polystar. With the upcoming 2013 K show along with other exciting opportunities, Polystar is developing advanced twin-screw recycling systems and washing lines to offer a broader range of advanced recycling solutions.
