Machine Main Features

Superior technical spec makes its product outstanding in speed, cycle time and production output. Besides, all metal castings are manufactured and processed in Taiwan by MEEHANITE (USA) Ductile Cast Iron FCD500 to achieve the best machine accuracy and durability.

1. Servo close-loop energy saving system
Fully equipped with European servo power unit, has high power efficiency, convenient machine cooling without water, more power-saving than other same level of products.

2. T-slot platen design
Mold clamp with ease, time-saving when change of mold, and would help to extend platen lifespan.

3. Logic valve hydraulic circuit
Enhance hydraulic efficiency and prevent dynamic loss.

4. Auto oil lubrication system for toggle
Oil lubricating cycle could be preset via Controller to provide regular and adequate lubrication on toggles, toggle pins and bushings.

5. Robust, low friction toggle bushings
Toggle bushings are made of Austenitic Manganese Steel, coated with multi-layers of molybdenum disulfide membrane, for long-life operation with regular lubricant.
