Machine Introduction 

With multi-function technologies, such as Human Machine Interface, Hydraulic Screen Changer, and customized Die-Face Pelletizer, the new Plastic Waste Recycling Machine aim at creating a more effective operation processing.

Main Features 

1.    Metal Detector: Feeding conberor with metal detector for detect any metal material to prevent errors.

2.    Shredding Drum: Shredding is done by using high-speed rotating knives.

3.    Double Vented Type Extruder

4.    User friendly HMI(Human Machine Interface)

5.    Flexible Hydraulic Screen Changer: When the filter is too dirty or plugged, the pressure will rise up and trigger the warning signal, and the net can be changed without machine shut-down.

6.    Die-Face Pelletizer: The die-face pelletizer ensures uniform pellets, and the size of pellet can be adjusted.

7.    Cooling Device with Water Skiing Tunnel

8.    Vibrating Dryer: Use two vibrating motors to separate the pellets from water.
