Machine Introduction
This system is designed for the inspection process in cap production and capable of detecting defected caps problems as visible burr, stains, shapeless, distorted deformed or in oval shape. It also gathers statistical information, for instance, detecting the number of the lid, the average value and the maximum value of the production, high-quality cap information, the total data of the defective lid, the lid with different defecting items, and the maximum numbers of consecutive defective caps are settable.
