The K Show, the largest plastics and rubber exhibition in the world, takes place every three years in Düsseldorf, Germany, attracting industry players from around the globe.

Since its first participation, JANDI’S has actively taken part in the K Show, and this year marks its 12th appearance—demonstrating the company's strong commitment to international market development and steady advancement toward global brand expansion.

We had the opportunity to interview Mr. Tony Huang, Manager at JANDI’S. He shared: “Every exhibition feels like a conversation with the global market. Our goal is clear: through this international platform, we aim to expand our market, find like-minded partners, and create more opportunities for cooperation.”

Exhibit Highlight: JIT Integrated T-shirt Bag Production Line

One of JANDI’S star products is the JIT T-shirt Bag Making Line, which integrates blown film machines, printing, bag making, die cutting, and recycling systems. It features real-time monitoring and an intelligent human-machine interface, supporting the production of HD/LDPE and various eco-friendly materials. The system produces over 25,000 bags per hour, with a maximum monthly output of 120 tons. This equipment has become a key asset for many customers seeking to optimize production lines.

The entire system is designed to help customers complete diverse production tasks with minimal space and labor.

Promoting Eco-friendly Materials and ESG Commitment

In terms of material innovation, JANDI’S has partnered with AVANI ECO from Indonesia to develop cassava starch bags, which dissolve quickly in water and biodegrade within 180 days, avoiding air pollution or harm to wildlife. This provides a viable alternative to traditional plastic bags. With JIT's on-line recycling design, production waste is significantly reduced, achieving true green circulation.

Additionally, they have introduced an automatic carton packaging system, which integrates functions such as unpacking, filling, sealing, and labeling. This system not only enhances production line efficiency but also reduces carbon emissions by 10–15%, supporting their energy-saving and carbon reduction goals. These efforts reflect their concrete actions in fulfilling ESG commitments.

JANDI’S began its brand revitalization project in 2018, integrating the concept of "sustainability" into its corporate identity. They don't treat sustainability as just a slogan but have implemented it in design, operations, and brand recognition.

The booth design continues the brand's classic color scheme, blending industrial minimalism with smooth flowlines, emphasizing both machine displays and improving the buyer experience. The goal is to convey JANDI’S professionalism and values through direct machine demonstrations and communication with buyers.
