• Main machine equipped with Japan made servo motor & servo driver control bag length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.
• Bag length & speed can be changed easily from touch screen.
• German made photocell SICK for accurate printing mark.
• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.
• Servo controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality.
• Flying knife can be replaced easily.
• Hydraulic lift up reel unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.
• Machine stops automatically when:

       1. Bags jammed.
       2. Film is finished or broken.
       3. Temperature below the setting.
       4. Print is not at correct position.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) guiding device.
• Slant type sealing device.
• Reinforced pre-sealing devices on gussets.
• Hole punching device (Ø 5 to 20 mm air hole).
