The HNT-VS recycling machine is the perfect equipment to process PE (HDPE, LDPE) and PP (BOPP) plastic films and bags with heavily printed surface and water content. The two-stage extrusion process can effectively remove the printing (ink) and water moisture from the waste material. The vented barrel on the first extruder and wide-open hopper on the second extruder ensure excellent de-gassing effect. The materials are processed twice, first with the stranded die-head on the first extruder and then pelletized with die-face cutting on the second. This compact but powerful machine combines feeding, shredding, extruding and pelletizing units into one complete recycling line, transforming the waste materials into high quality plastic pellets for reprocessing.
