Advantages of Shredding Drum

For 120 & 150mm recycling machine, on the shredding drum, according to the different materials, we have special design to control the feeding volume when feeding into the extruder. This is motor driven control from outside.

Advantages of Centrifuge Dryer

The drier consists of a stainless steel drum fitted with a series of short blades, rotating within a perforated metal cylinder.

Any pellets agglomerated will be stopped before entering into the centrifuge drier.

The pellets move upwards and any water is forced through the perforated mesh as a result of the spinning action. The dry pellets are then discharged at the top of the dryer into a storage receptacle.

A double-layer door is also fitted with sound-absorbing material for reduced noise during operation.
