The domestic professional leading plastic injection molding machine manufacturer –CLF (CHUAN LIH FA) is planning to start the research of “Biomedical grade plastic components precision injection molding machine”. With 350 tons medical grade electric injection molding machine as the prototype, CLF devotes itself to develop the innovative pioneering technology surpassing the world and adopts blood collecting tube as the loader with the 7 sec. extra high cycle manufacturing process technology to achieve 500 thousands unit production in only one day. 
 
The design will also adopt the cutting-edge electric servo motor technology to make it more cost saving to over 60% than traditional hydraulic models. This future model is being highly anticipated to replace domestic medical equipment injection molding machines gradually, and as a breakthrough symbol of the technology dependant from Germany and Japan. 
 
Moreover, this achievement will make a good contribution to Taiwan medical equipment industry by its high speed, high clarity, energy saving precision turnkey production system and eventually upgrade the precision manufacturing ability and cost competitiveness of domestic biomedical industry. The revolution is as a milestone of technology and industry improvement in Taiwan.
