GEORDING Shredder Integrated Recycling Machine: One Step Solution for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle

GEORDING introduces a single shaft shredder integrated recycling machine which is developed based on customer requirements as a one-step solution for processing various types of recycling materials. Integrated Shredder combines shredding and recycling stations together, which increases operating speeds and allows only 1 to 2 operators to manage the whole process.

Automatic backflush screen changer allows the operators to change the screen without stopping the machine, which reduces the time consumption of the screen changing and decreases labor cost.

The most unique aspect of the Automatic backflush screen changer is the capability of “recycling”, and maximizing screen life automatically. Because of having a unique design to extend the service life and reduce the replacement frequency of the filter, this product will operate much longer than any conventional screen changer without the need for maintenance.

Two stage filtration provides cleaner raw material outputs that will increase the recycling life of the final product made by these materials and allows reusing items several times.

Safe, low noise, high productivity, GEORDING shredder integrated recycling machine follows the instructions of the CE certificate. The machine requires lower power to output high volume of outputs, temperature of outer panels and noise adjusted to the safe level, in case of unexpected overheat or unbalancing in the power the machine shuts down itself for safety.
