Japan made servo motor & servo driver controls bag length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.
Bag length & speed can be changed easily from touch screen.
German made photocell-SICK for accurate printing mark.
Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.
Servo-controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality.
Flying knife can be replaced easily.
Hydraulic lift up reel unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.
Automatic tension control with inverter system.
Auto 4 folding device.
Number of each stack can be set from touch screen.
Machine stops automatically when: Bag jammed/ Film finished or broken / Temperature below the setting.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: In-line triangle folding device.
