Fully Automatic High Speed 2 Lines Bags On Roll Making Machine With Core Changing Device By Servo Motors Control

CW-PR-SV series are special designed high-speed machines which can produce 2 lines, printed or plain bags-on-roll with core, for use as supermarkets vegetables and fruits bags or garbage bags.

Equipped with 6 servo motors, each line can process different type of bags from the other line, at the same time, whether printed or plain bags, different bag length and even different quantity of bags per roll. This difference in production per line is possible as each line have its own 3 independent servo motors, 1 servo motor at main machine for bag length and 2 servo motors at the 2 rewinding stations.

Each line has its own temperature controllers for the UPPER sealing knife and DOWN heated silicon band forstrong seal of the bags even if it is bottom seal for standard flat and gusseted film or star seal for folded film.
