Chi Chang-New Generation EPS Machine (PS/PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line)

Chi Chang is one of the leading Plastic Extrusion Machinery makers in Taiwan, we were established in 1972; in 1983, we built the first EPS Sheet extrusion line in Taiwan. More than 200 EPS extruders have been made by us ever since. We keep research and manufacture the extrusion line which meets the standard of Western country and acquires the approval of CE.

EPS Line (PS/PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line)
Our EPS extruders are known for easy operation, high output, and long lifespan. In 2018, CCM announces its new generation for EPS Sheet extrusion line. This new generation model equips brand new designed S-wrap and winders. The PS foam sheet can be thermo-formed after 5-7 days aging process. The best blowing agent for PS foam sheet is butane, however, butane is also known for explosion possibility. To avoid the explosion, the good ventilation system is a must for all working plants.

Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line
Chi Chang’s Air Bubble Sheet Extrusion Line is available from 1.2M to 2.5M, 2 layers up to 5 layers. In 2018 Chi Chang built one 3 layers, 1.2M wide air bubble machine for its USA customer. This 85/65MM model equips with state-of-the-art technology plus Beckhoff PLC, and Conair blending system. The air bubble sheet can be used for various applications: packing, suspension (laminated with craft paper) and insulation (laminated with aluminum foil), etc. There is a high added value for this product.
