Webcontrol : High Speed Turret Slitter Machine

Webcontrol built the 1st turret in year 2007, with 10 years experiences,we made this model of machine more stable and friendly operation. From the basic type to automatic type, you can have more choose to make up your own TURRET slitter depends on your demands. This year in 2017 ChinaPlas, we will demo our new TURRET with new function of Automatic Taping System and Automatic Paper Core Loader System, both system shorten the operator working time and material lost. Webcontrol consistently aim is to build high-performance, sophisticated Converting Machinery with inexpensive price as well as providing fast service ensure our worldwide customers must be satisfied. 

Our production line:
Turret Laminator – Solvent-based / Solventless, we are a pioneer in R & D and manufacture, whose features of designation  including minimizing waste and quick changeover. 

Our solvent-based laminator is designed for every substrate including thin Alu. Foil. There are two standards for speed of machine, 200m/min & 250m/min, depending on customers’ requests. Solvent retention is an important issue to be concerned.

Full line for shrink sleeve converting - Seaming, Inspection, Cutting machine... etc, which makes Webcontrol a world leader with more than 1000 units installation so far.
