Cosmetics printing machines deliver premium decoration for plastic and laminated packaging used in skincare, makeup, and personal care products. These systems combine screen printing, dry-offset multi-color printing, and hot stamping to create precise, 360° decorations with metallic, matte, or glossy finishes that elevate brand appearance.
Equipped with flame or corona surface treatment, UV/IR curing, and CCD vision inspection, each machine ensures consistent color registration, abrasion resistance, and high-speed productivity.
Depending on the configuration, production lines can handle tubes, bottles, and caps from Ø16–60 mm, with up to 8 colors and speeds reaching 200–300 pcs/min, providing stable, repeatable quality for both mass production and boutique cosmetics packaging.
