塑料吹膜机
塑料吹膜机，也称为薄膜吹塑机或吹胀薄膜机，是一种将塑料树脂加工成连续筒状薄膜的挤出设备。塑料树脂在挤出机中熔融后，经环形模头挤出，利用内部气压吹胀形成膜泡，再通过风环冷却，随后压平并收卷成卷材。标准单层吹膜生产线可加工低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）、线性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）、高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）及其混合材料，是软质塑料薄膜生产中应用最广泛的设备之一。
这类设备生产的薄膜广泛应用于购物袋、垃圾袋、服装袋、背心袋、农业薄膜、温室薄膜、食品及消费品包装，以及工业内衬膜。通过调整模头尺寸、吹胀比和牵引速度，可控制薄膜宽度、厚度及表面特性。旋转模头、自动厚度控制和电晕处理等选配装置，则有助于提高薄膜厚度均匀性，并改善后续印刷或复合加工性能。
