This machine was designed especially for flower bag and grape bag. From raw material to finished product. It manufactures the bag fully automatically. Not only save the cost for labor, but also raise the production.
This machine is equipped special punching mold and heat sealing device which do synchronous action to ensure the size of the data bags are in uniform; the sealing line is neat and elegant, the waste ratio is reduced to the minimum.
This machine is equipped with various precision and durable punching molds in vary low breakdown rate, connecting with servo motor and digital computing unit for length control to make very precise punching position.
This machine is equipped high quality, high performance parts to incorporate with all kinds of control and monitor systems. During operation, anything unusual will automatically stop the machine in alarm to avoid waste material and protect the machine.
The sealing equipment is in a special design which is capables of producing the data pocket in different specifications and types; thus, the purpose of application covers a wide range of use.
