翔音:模内贴标签
模内贴标签是近十年来较为先进的产品贴标方式，它适用于须大量自动化生产的产品。在射出机或吹瓶机加装供标系统即可使卷标与产品融合一并成型，无须为了贴标而进行二次加工，不仅缩短制程也能增加产能。
而模内贴标签的另一大优势则是「环保」，标签和容器材质兼容不会脱落，且防水防污的特性使其可以便于重复使用；若用于一次性产品包装，回收时则无须再作容器和卷标的分离程序，有助于减少碳排放并对环境带来正面影响。
模内贴标签可分为两种，一是射出机用标签，依射出后的表面效果分为亮面、雾面及橘皮，适用各类塑料容器，且能依各种供标机提供不同厚度；另一种是吹瓶机用标签，一般都是雾面的，最大宗用于机油瓶、洗衣精瓶及各种塑料瓶装制品；这两种模内贴标签皆适用PP、PE塑料材质，但使用之标签材料不同，所以使用前必须先确认是供何种机械使用。
翔音企业拥有十色彩色印刷机，能满足客户在设计标签时的多彩需求，并运用符合环保规定的水性墨印刷。在制作每一批标签时皆经由三道品检程序，将良率提高至97%，这相对于帮客户节省了30%-50%的损耗成本。
若将模内贴标签应用于食品容器也可大幅减少消费者对塑料印刷上食安的疑虑，这将带来产品制作成本、销售额及友善环境的三赢局面。
